  • Designed and scaled a four-pillar People Operations Center of Excellence — Shared Services, Systems & Data, Analytics, and Strategy & Planning — modeled on Gartner's HR Operating Model of the Future; grew the function from 3 to 13 FTEs over three years through a structured, board-defensible business case process.
  • Led enterprise HRIS implementation of UKG Ready across three legal entities, navigating a complex multi-entity go-live and driving post-implementation stabilization including position-job architecture remediation and a data governance SOP achieving 99% system accuracy.
  • Architected the people data and analytics infrastructure — Praisidio, iCIMS, UKG Ready — and launched the organization's first self-service analytics program, enabling data-driven talent decisions at scale for HRBPs and operational leaders.
